Why are there small bubbles or "spots" in my piece?
Because every item is handcrafted and hand-poured, minor "perfect imperfections" such as tiny bubbles or slight surface variations can occur. These aren't flaws; they are the fingerprints of the handmade process and proof that your piece is a one-of-a-kind art object.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
While I pack every order with extreme care (we want it to arrive like a "guest of honor"), accidents can happen during shipping, especially during the colder months. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item, and I will work with you to make it right.
Is your resin food safe?
Our decorative trays and plates are intended for display, packaged or "dry food" use or for desserts. To maintain the high-gloss finish, we do not recommend using them for hot meals or as hard cutting surfaces.

This notebook is not worth the price. You can buy resin yourself and probably have a better outcome. There are so many hole, uneven surface, totally exposed flowers and tons of bubbles. To have to pay for shipping to return and shipping for a replacement, with no option to get a refund instead. Just not worth it.
